Malabar Whiskey Sour

This cocktail classic gets new life with the addition of some spice from Malabar.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz bourbon
  • 1/2 oz Malabar
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • Maraschino cherry

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, shake together the bourbon, Malabar, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice.
  • Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with a cherry.
