Tart and refreshing, this take on the classic Tom Collins brings a touch of spice with Malabar.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz Malabar
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • Soda water
  • maraschino cherries
  • Lemon wheels

Instructions

  • Add the lemon juice, gin, Malabar, and simple syrup into a highball glass with ice.
  • Stir and top up with the soda.
  • Top with maraschino cherries and a lemon wheel.
