Signature Malabar Cocktails

SPICED BLACKBERRY THYME MIMOSA

Celebrate a great week with our Spiced Blackberry Thyme Mimosa, perfect for a boozy brunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 bottle of champagne
  • 1/2 tbsp Malabar Spiced Liqueur
  • Thyme sprigs as garnish

Instructions

  • Bring the blackberries, water, and sugar to boil in a small saucepan over medium heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, cool, and strain the blackberry sauce to remove blackberry bits, then refrigerate.
  • When ready to serve, add 1 tbsp blackberry simple syrup and 1/2 tbsp Malabar to each glass of champagne.
  • Fill flute with champagne and garnish with extra blackberries and thyme
