Signature Malabar Cocktails
SPICED BLACKBERRY THYME MIMOSA
Celebrate a great week with our Spiced Blackberry Thyme Mimosa, perfect for a boozy brunch.
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 bottle of champagne
- 1/2 tbsp Malabar Spiced Liqueur
- Thyme sprigs as garnish
- Bring the blackberries, water, and sugar to boil in a small saucepan over medium heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, cool, and strain the blackberry sauce to remove blackberry bits, then refrigerate.
- When ready to serve, add 1 tbsp blackberry simple syrup and 1/2 tbsp Malabar to each glass of champagne.
- Fill flute with champagne and garnish with extra blackberries and thyme
