Sparkling Rosemary Gin Lemonade

- 2 tbsp minced rosemary
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 oz gin
- 1/2 oz Malabar Spiced Liqueur
- 1 oz rosemary simple syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice
- Club soda
Make the rosemary simple syrup by combining the rosemary, water, and sugar in a small saucepan and bringing to a boil. Remove from heat and let steep for 30-45 minutes. Strain and chill. To assemble the cocktail, fill a glass with ice and stir together the gin, Malabar Spiced Liqueur, rosemary simple syrup, and lemon juice. Top with club soda and garnish with rosemary and a lemon wedge
